Sport Conditioning
Each sport has it’s own unique requirements to achieve athletic success.
Our certified trainers will develop a plan for any sport for a team or an individual.
Football, tennis, lacrosse, soccer, track & field, baseball, golf, volleyball, basketball, mountain biking and other programs are available.
Sports Conditioning (45 minutes/per session)
Youth athlete oriented – personalized depending on age/type of sport
 
*Price on dry land sessions does not include use of the skating treadmill, meeting room, V02 max testing, goalie and target room, force testing and metabolic testing.
*Board room free once with team booking.
*GST excluded.
